Air Handling Unit

Industrial Air Handling Unit is made of aluminium extruded profile or anodized on request. The frame work junctions are obtained with nylon corners. The panels of Combined Air Handling Unit are double skin galvanized sheet metal with Interposed injected polyurethane foam, density 40kg/m3 and available in two thicknesses 25mm or 50 mm. The base sheet metal is serially hot galvanized with 150gr/m2 Zinc coating, and orange oven baked epoxy powder coated finish.
Fan Section For each size there is possibility to choose different types of fans to be installed, in order to satisfy every possible requirement, the serial fans are permanently lubricated double inlet forward curved or backward curved centrifugal type .The fans are selected with forward Curved blades up to 90mm Static pressure and Backward curved for higher static pressure.The transmission of vibration from the fan motor assembly to the outer structure is prevented by Rubber or spring anti-vibration mountings and anti-vibration flexible Joint on fan out let. The motors used are class F IP 55, at different polarities required, fixed on aluminium or cast iron sliding rails and transmit ion with belt and multiple races pulley. Basement The supporting structure is made out of pressure bent galvanized metal with sturdy thickness, suitable for the sections elevation and for the passage of water feeding and draining pipes. The basement height is 100 mm, up to size 180 and 150 mm, up to size 600, for humidification section with sprinkled water or air washer the basement various from 250 to 400mm Dampers The dampers are serially supplied in galvanized sheet metal vanes with opposed notation on gear wheels, manual drive or actuators. On request it can be supplied in extruded aluminium with or without air tight gas-cut. Filters Apart from standard pre filters various type of filters like microbe, activated carbon filters, electrostatic filters, HEPA filters, etc with various levels of filtration can be chosen.
